WW - you hit it on the nose with Colt.

BCS - because he stayed. Colt lead the Warriors to first outright WAC Champions, Sugar Bowl, and first big step in the program to be considered for the season as one of the elite FB schools. I hope I can add to this later, such as 1st round draft pick, successful NFL career, and Superbowl MVP. Lets all dream big.

kaimuki boy, yah let's dream BIG, eh I like kaimuki, I one hawaii kai gal, grew up kuliouou so kaimuki was the place to be.....so we close.

Thanks 4 the compliment and look forward to your comments all the time.

Have a great day, and isn't Tombo and these guys da bombs?

On another note, I was told we will never have another chance @ a bcs berth? I thought that if we rank in the top 12.....we get chance?

Hey the bowl committees KNOW that Hawaii fans will support, look @ NOLA....they not blind, they want us to go to a bowl on the mainland. It's called profit for all. If we get ranked in top 12, we will get invited.....cause we fans.....are the greatest. GO UH.

Too many to put down. But Tess whitlock's 3 pointer was one, the Kansas win was another.

Baseball highlight? Joey Vierra winning up at BYU. I think we won the wac, but I was young then and my memory is not certain on that one.

Football. The entire 2007 season. If there were 2 highlights, the Nevada field goal and the last 2 series of the UDub game. Smashing BYU's perfect season is up there, but we beat them by so many points that it ceased to be fun.

Football. 1986 vs Wisconsin. Greg Tipton, Ron Hall, Tomey's last team. Ball at the one near the end of the game thanks to a great catch by David Dyas on a deep out. "I formation, Crowell and Briggs. Tipton...gives to Briggs...leaps! Doesn't get it. Doesn't get it. Rainbows call a time out, Rainbows call a time out. They have the ball inside the Wisconsin one. The Rainbows, who have struggled time and time again, now have a chance to win it. Nineteen seconds left. This is storybook! This is what division one college football is all about!" Next play, Tipton keeps, doesn't see anyone open, and dives into the end zone to get the winning TD. Best call papa Leahey ever made, I think.

What about the Air Force game when the Defensive guy interceped the fumble and ran it back 90+ yards? Hawaii beating Arizona St. in Tomey's first year. Paul Brown's no hitter. Not a Hawaii Highlight, but Mark McGwire's homerun over the street- was he on steroids back then?
